Biography

Rachel Lee is an associate attorney at SMITH | ROBINSON. Rachel earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019. During law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business. She also participated in various organizations including the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court as a student member, Moot Court, Women in Law, the International Law Society, and S.C. Against Human Trafficking. She was a member of the Order of Barristers and received CALI Awards in Business Torts and Special Education. Rachel was also the 2019 recipient of the Bronze Compleat Lawyer Award. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication, cum laude, from the College of Charleston in 2012.

Prior to joining SMITH | ROBINSON, Rachel was a staff attorney with the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
