Biography
Rachel Lee is an associate attorney at SMITH | ROBINSON, where she has practiced since 2021. Her legal work focuses on a broad range of areas including insurance coverage issues, insurance defense, local government representation, Tort Claims Act litigation, appellate practice, and commercial litigation.
Before joining Smith Robinson, Rachel served as a Staff Attorney at the South Carolina Court of Appeals from 2019 to 2021, where she gained valuable experience in appellate law and judicial processes.
Rachel earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2019. During law school, she was recognized with the Bronze Complete Lawyer Award, which honors students who demonstrate ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from the College of Charleston, where she graduated in 2012.
Rachel brings a thoughtful and thorough approach to her practice, combining her experiences throughout the different stages of litigation to advocate effectively for her clients.
