Deyjenay Gregory joined Smith Robinson in 2023 as an associate attorney in the Columbia office. She focuses her practice on general litigation.
Deyjenay Gregory earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2022, where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Discovery Drafting. She was also a Mock Trial participant, a member of the Black Law Students Association, and a Pupil Member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court. Ms. Gregory earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Criminology Concentration with a minor in Business Administration from Winthrop University. Prior to joining SMITH I ROBINSON, Ms. Gregory clerked for the Honorable Judge D. Craig Brown, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Eugene C. Griffith, Jr. of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.
Ms. Gregory is a member of the South Carolina Bar. She also serves for the Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children as a volunteer and as a Guardian ad Litem.
