Biography

Michael A. Graham has over 25 years of experience in commercial transactions, with a focus on real estate and businesses, including purchases, sales, financing, leasing, and restructuring. He serves as lead counsel and assists firms across the country as local counsel in South Carolina transactions.

Michael is also a published author, speaker, and decorated combat veteran, currently serving as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
