Best Lawyers honors three SMITH | ROBINSON attorneys for 2026

The Best Lawyers in America® is honoring three SMITH | ROBINSON attorneys in its 2026 edition – each of them in multiple practice areas.
Here they are with their office locations and the practice areas in which they are honored:
- Tina Cundari, Columbia: Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Securities
- Jonathan M. Robinson, Columbia: Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Insurance
- Murrell Smith Jr., Sumter: Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Insurance, and Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants
In addition, Murrell Smith earned the top honor of Lawyer of the Year, receiving the highest overall peer-feedback vote in the Sumter area for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants.
This is the fifth year in a row that Robinson and Smith have made the list. Cundari has been previously recognized for Commercial Litigation in 2018 and Appellate Practice from 2016 – 2018, but this is the first time she has been recognized for Litigation – Securities.
All three are members of the firm. Smith and Robinson co-founded the firm; Robinson serves as its managing member; and Cundari serves on the firm’s executive committee.
