Attorney David Holler elected to Executive Council of Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA)

Smith Robinson Holler DuBose and Morgan, LLC, is pleased to announce that attorney David C. Holler has recently been elected to the Executive Council of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) for the Class of 2022. The ADTA identifies proven, successful defense trial attorneys across the nation and provides opportunities for these attorneys to grow and connect professionally.
Mr. Holler is a partner with SMITH | ROBINSON law firm, practicing in the Firm’s Sumter office. He focuses his practice in medical malpractice defense, civil litigation, insurance defense, and other areas of defense litigation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1991. He is an active member of his community and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.
